Duties and responsibilities

Document and prepare documentation in the project pertaining to the loss: Daily reports, photos, contracts,
Job inspection, determine the work to be performed(water, mold, fire)
Excellent communication and service skills
Be able to lift 50lbs
Communicate with the homeowners to secure service contracts
English language fluency
Clean driving record and valid license
Good communication skills with the team and the project management, to update the status, issues, or concerns of each project
Possess a sense of urgency and a positive attitude
Strong work ethics
Pass drug test and background check
Set up drying equipment per IICRC standards
Set up and record data IR camera, Thermal Hygrometer, Moisture Meter
IICRC Certifications(Preferred, not required)
Remove and dispose of non-salvageable items
Be able to work a variable schedule, work night or weekends
Attention to details
Ability to work with specific deadlines
Inspection of the work vehicle. Cleaning, organizing, and maintenance
Attend training courses
